By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree to the stated turnaround time. We kindly encourage you to review this prior to purchasing to ensure it meets your needs.

Returns
Due to the custom and pre-order nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.

Exchanges
We understand that finding the perfect fit matters! We are happy to offer size exchanges if the requested size is currently in stock.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe after delivery
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds & Shop Credit
We do not offer refunds.
In the event of a manufacturer defect or an error on our part, we will gladly review the issue and may offer shop credit if approved.
